Lesson 01 – Welcome & Orientation – Overview
In this section, you’ll get a clear introduction to the course, how it’s structured, and what to expect. You’ll also learn about the F&I (Finance & Insurance) Department, the key role of the F&I Manager, and their responsibilities within a dealership. This foundational knowledge will set the stage for your learning journey. A short quiz will help reinforce your understanding.

Lesson 02: How Dealerships Are Structured
In this section, you'll explore how an auto dealership is organized, with a focus on the sales department and its workflow. You’ll also learn how the F&I department fits into the overall sales process. This section helps you understand the bigger picture of dealership operations. A quiz at the end will test your grasp of the dealership structure.

Lesson 03: Inside the F&I Office
This section takes you inside the F&I office to give you a closer look at the role of the F&I Manager. You’ll learn about their daily responsibilities, essential job functions, and the traits that make a top performer in this role. A downloadable job description is included, along with a quiz to test your understanding.

Lesson 04: Compliance Essentials
In this section, you'll gain a solid understanding of the key compliance requirements that every F&I Manager must follow. Learn about federal and state regulations, important programs like OFAC, Red Flags, and Safeguards, as well as required disclosures and notices. A quiz at the end will help reinforce your compliance knowledge.

Lesson 05: Key F&I Terms & Concepts

In this section, you’ll learn the basics of handling vehicle tags and titles, including the differences between in-state and out-of-state tag processes. You'll also understand how to manage transfers and temporary tags. A short quiz will help you review and reinforce your tag work knowledge.

Lesson 09: Menu Selling & Objections
This section teaches you how to build and present an effective F&I menu, sell key products like VSC, GAP, and Tire & Wheel, and confidently handle cash customers. You'll also learn proven techniques for overcoming objections and guiding customers through the signing process. A quiz will test your mastery of menu selling strategies.

Lesson 10: Cleaning the Deal & Funding
In this section, you’ll learn how to finalize deals efficiently to ensure smooth funding. Topics include cleaning a deal, submitting documents to lenders, and tracking Contracts in Transit (CITs). Helpful tools like a checklist video and CIT tracker are included, along with a quiz to confirm your understanding of the funding process.

Lesson 12: Deal Start to Finish (Live Example)
In this section, you’ll follow a real-world deal from start to finish through video demos and roleplays. Learn how to interview customers, handle underwriting and submissions, present products effectively, and complete the cleaning and funding process. This practical walkthrough ties all the key skills together in a live example.
