The story
From selling the car to closing the deal
Nobody hands you the F&I seat. You earn it, usually with no map, no training and a GM who wants you ready yesterday. Camila built the program she wishes she’d had.
The sales floor
Camila started where most F&I managers do: selling cars, learning customers and watching every deal walk into the finance office without her.
The F&I office
Then she got the seat. More than 12 years as a finance manager at franchise dealerships, from luxury stores to high-volume ones.
The virtual office
Later she ran deals remotely as a virtual finance manager, working with dealerships she never set foot in. Same job, sharper process.
Dealership F&I Bootcamp
Now she trains people for the seat she worked so hard to earn, the way she wishes someone had trained her.
