Terms, refunds and the fine print

Terms of service

These terms apply to dealershipfibootcamp.com and to the coaching and training sold on it by Camila Venegas, an individual based in Tampa, Florida, doing business as Dealership F&I Bootcamp (“Dealership F&I Bootcamp,” “we,” “us”). By buying or using our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide career coaching and education about the dealership finance and insurance (F&I) office. We don’t provide legal, tax, financial or compliance advice, and our materials don’t replace your dealership’s policies or the law in your state.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use our services.

Payments and scheduling

Payments are processed by Stripe. Live sessions are booked through Calendly. If you need to move a session, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll find a new time.

Your materials

Everything we give you, including kits, scripts, worksheets and lessons, is for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or publish it.

No guarantee of employment or income

We help you prepare. We can’t promise a job, a position, a promotion or any level of income, because those decisions belong to employers and depend on you.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Refund policy

F&I Power Session

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your start date (Day 1). Email contact@dealershipfibootcamp.com from the address you used to buy, and we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. After 14 days from your start date, payments aren’t refundable.

F&I Bootcamp

The Bootcamp isn’t open for enrollment yet. Its refund terms will be posted here before enrollment opens, and you’ll see them before you pay.

Before your start date

If you cancel before your Day 1, we’ll refund the full amount.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us in forms (like your name, email, phone number and career details), messages you send us, and basic data about how you use our site. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To deliver your coaching or program, answer your questions, send the updates you asked for, and improve our site and services.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as Hostinger (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), our email provider, Google (site analytics), Microsoft Clarity (how visitors use our pages) and Meta (advertising measurement). We don’t sell your personal information. Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand site traffic and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, reply STOP to any text, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@dealershipfibootcamp.com.

Children

Our site and services aren’t meant for anyone under 18.

Program disclosures

• No job guarantee. Our programs prepare you for the F&I office. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and we can’t promise a job, position or salary.
• Earnings vary. Any pay figures we share come from the public sources we name, with dates. Your earnings depend on the dealership, the pay plan, your experience and your performance.
• Certificate, not license. The Certificate of Completion records that you completed our program. It isn’t a state license, a government certification or an academic degree.
• Licensing rules vary by state. Some states license the sale of certain insurance products. Check what your state requires.
• Illustrative images. People shown on this site are models or AI-generated illustrations, not our students or graduates.
• Independent business. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any dealership, manufacturer, lender or product provider.
• Education, not legal advice. Our content is educational. Follow your dealership’s policies and the law in your state.

Text message terms

By checking the text-message box on our forms, you agree to receive texts from Dealership F&I Bootcamp about our programs and your questions at the number you provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
