How the program works

Learn it. Practice it. Prove it.

Watching isn’t learning. Every section ends with work you do yourself, so you build decisions, not just definitions.

Learn

45 lessons across 10 sections, in plain English. Every term explained the first time you meet it.

Practice

7 exercise packets and complete practice deals, worked the way a real finance office works them.

Prove it

A quiz after every section, then a final written assessment and a practical assessment on a full deal.

Launch

One-on-one help with your résumé, your interviews and your search for the seat.

The curriculum

Ten sections. One complete deal.

The program follows a deal the way it moves through a real dealership, so each section picks up exactly where the last one left off.

Bootcamp FAQ

Good questions

More on our full FAQ page, or text (813) 842-0998.

Do I need dealership experience?

No. Every term is explained and every skill builds on the last. Salespeople and dealership staff tend to move fastest, because they already know how the store works.

How is the program delivered?

Online and self-paced: lessons, quizzes, exercise packets and downloadable resources you work through on your own schedule. Career services are one on one.

Should I take the Power Session first?

If you have an interview coming up or want to ask for the seat soon, yes. The Power Session gets you interview-ready in 15 days. The Bootcamp goes deeper into the whole job.

Is the certificate a license?

No. It’s a Certificate of Completion from our program. It isn’t a state license or a government certification.

Do I need a license to work in F&I?

It depends on your state and the products you sell. Some states license the sale of certain insurance products. Your dealership will know what your state requires.

Will the program get me hired?

Career services help with your résumé, your interviews and your search, but the hiring decision always belongs to the employer. No program can promise a job, a position or a salary.
